By completing your registration for the South Carolina Alcohol Server Training Program on dashauthority.com, you enter into this Enrollment Agreement with Dash Authority LLC (“Provider”). This agreement meets all requirements set by the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) under SC Code Section 61-3-120(C) for approved alcohol server training providers.

1. Obligations of the Provider

  • We will directly report your successful course and examination completion data to the SCDOR.
  • We will facilitate the issuance of your unique alcohol server certificate number, which is required for you to access, download, and print your official South Carolina Alcohol Server Certificate via MyDORWAY, the state’s secure online portal.
  • We maintain robust cryptographic and administrative protocols to secure your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) during the mandatory online proctoring and reporting process.
  • We maintain at least one approved trainer available during posted business hours to answer content or technical questions.

2. Obligations of the Student

  • You must complete the entire training course (all sequential modules and quizzes) before you are allowed to access the final examination.
  • You must pass the comprehensive final exam. As mandated by the SCDOR, this exam is continuously monitored by an approved online proctoring system. You must consent to webcam, audio, and screen activity surveillance during the testing phase.
  • You must provide complete and accurate information during enrollment, including your full legal name, date of birth, and any required identity verification details. This information is required for official entry into the SCDOR reporting system.
  • Your certificate number will not be issued or made available until the full course and proctored exam are successfully completed and identity verification is confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full refund (100%) if you request cancellation before accessing any course content or modules.
  • No refunds once you have started the course (i.e., accessed any lesson, quiz, or module).
  • Refunds, when eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Technical issues preventing course access may qualify for a full refund or free course transfer at our discretion.

4. Steps to Terminate Enrollment / Cancel

  • Provide your full name, email used for enrollment, and reason for cancellation.
  • If you have not yet started the course, we will cancel your enrollment and process your refund (if applicable).
  • Once the course has started, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

5. State Contact Statement (Required) If you have questions, comments, or complaints regarding state alcohol laws, official permitting, or MyDORWAY access, please contact the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) Alcohol Beverage Licensing (ABL) division.

6. Additional Important Notice Students must complete the entire training course before taking the final exam. You may not skip ahead, and the course is designed with required student interaction at regular intervals. The final exam strictly follows SCDOR proctoring and integrity standards.
