How long does it take?
Most students finish in about 2 hours. It’s self-paced, so you can start, stop, and pick it up anytime. You have 6 months from the day you pay.
When do I get my certificate?
Your certificate of completion is in your account as soon as you pass.
How long is it good for?
Your certificate shows the date you finished. Florida doesn’t set an expiration, but some employers ask staff to retrain on a schedule.
What if I don’t pass?
Retakes are free until you pass. You don’t pay again. The course has a 100% pass guarantee.

Does Florida require this training?
No. Florida does not require alcohol server training. The Responsible Vendor Program is voluntary for businesses, and this course covers the topics that program expects. Check with your employer about what they need.
