When You Can Get a Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date only if you have not started the course at all.

This means you must not have:

  • Logged into the course dashboard
  • Watched or opened any lesson or video
  • Taken any quiz or assessment
  • Received or downloaded a certificate

When Refunds Are Not Available

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You have accessed any part of the course (even one lesson)
  • A certificate has been issued
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • The purchase was for a group, business, or bulk account (separate terms apply)

How to Request a Refund

If you qualify, simply email [email protected] within the 7-day window and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to purchase your course
  • Your order number
  • A short reason for the request

We review every request individually and will reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
