How long does it take?
Most students finish in about 2 hours. It’s self-paced. You have 6 months from the day you pay.
When do I get my certificate?
Your certificate of completion is in your account as soon as you pass.
How long is my certificate good for?
Your certificate shows the date you finished. Ohio doesn’t set an expiration, but some employers ask staff to retrain on a schedule.
What if I don’t pass?
Retakes are free until you pass. You don’t pay again. The course has a 100% pass guarantee.
