By clicking completing your registration for the Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) course on dashauthority.com, you enter into this Enrollment Agreement with Dash Authority LLC (“Provider”). This agreement meets all requirements set by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) under the MAST Course Requirements Guide (CIB127 – 10/2025).
1. Obligations of the Provider
- We will issue your official MAST permit (Class 12 or Class 13) using the LCB-approved template.
- We will mail the physical permit to the mailing address you provide within 30 days of your successful completion of the course and passing the final exam.
- We will report all issued permits to the LCB via the LCB Online Portal within 30 days of course completion.
- We maintain at least one LCB-certified trainer available during posted business hours to answer content or technical questions.
2. Obligations of the Student
- You must complete the entire training course (all modules and quizzes) before you are allowed to take the final exam.
- You must pass the final exam with a minimum score of 80%.
- You must provide complete and accurate information during enrollment, including your full legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number (or written confirmation that you do not have one), gender, height/weight, mailing address, and email address. This information is required by RCW 26.23.150 and will be submitted to the LCB.
- Your MAST permit will not be issued or mailed until the full course and exam are successfully completed.
3. Refund Policy
- Full refund (100%) if you request cancellation before accessing any course content or modules.
- No refunds once you have started the course (i.e., accessed any lesson, quiz, or module).
- Refunds, when eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Technical issues preventing course access may qualify for a full refund or free course transfer at our discretion.
4. Steps to Terminate Enrollment / Cancel
- Contact us immediately by email at [email protected] or by phone at (202) 335-2298.
- Provide your full name, email used for enrollment, and reason for cancellation.
- If you have not yet started the course, we will cancel your enrollment and process your refund (if applicable).
- Once the course has started, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

6. Additional Important Notice
Students must complete the entire training course before taking the final exam. You may not skip ahead, and the course is designed with required student interaction at regular intervals. The final exam is closed-book and proctored per LCB standards.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- You are on a third-party website (dashauthority.com). This course is LCB-certified but is not operated by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
- You have read and agree to the full Privacy Policy and Technical Standards.
- Social Security Numbers are provided to the LCB and will be permanently removed from our records after reporting.
- All course materials are copyright protected and for your personal use only.
